Wellness Tips Before You Travel (6:25)

Be well rested and hydrated. This is especially true for longer trips where you go through time zone changes. Your body is already undergoing a significant amount of stress as you prepare to travel. 

Implement your immune boosting strategies early on. Whether it’s exercise and/or supplements, arm your immune system.

While You’re Away (7:46)

Stay hydrated on the plane! Dr. Denniston suggests 1L every 2 hours. 

Keep healthy snacks handy. You never know if you’ll be in a pinch, where food isn’t immediately available. Having a few ready-to-eat snacks can be a life-saver!
