SPRING POST FLING: A Little Throw Back For Inspiration

Spring Post FLing

Today I am sharing a few of my favorite posts from last spring. As I prepare my pen to write during the most creative season, I wanted to remember what was inspiring me this time last year. There is a little “WELL”, a little “FIT” and a little “FED” for your reading pleasure. I hope you enjoy!

No reason to get giggly on long car trips. Your car is the perfect gym!

Many people who are switching to paleo think there are no delicious “carb fixes”. Wrong my friend….oh, so wrong!

What steps are you taking this spring to utilize the increased energy and optimism that surrounds the season? Can I encourage you to start a new project and share below? I would love to hear it!

  1. What a great way to utilize and refresh previous posts! And we take long car trips all the time so we are going to try out some car gym exercises next time!

    1. Awesome, Stacy. It is really fun and it can be just a quick thing to. Great for fidgety kids in the car as well!

  2. My husband and I started the Paleo diet in Jan and have been so pleased with all the cool recipes we have found! Not to mention the weight loss

    1. It is truly bulletproof. I love PALEO and I love that it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle!

  3. Such a great idea to repost some old favourites! And Spring really is the most creative month, everything is so fresh and new I love it.

    1. Me too, girl. It is raining a lot in Seattle right now. Ugh. 🙂 But, my cherry tree is budding!
