There are so many app options available from easy to complex, so pick the one that works best for you.
Food Tracker (2:52)
Make tracking caloric content and the breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats simpler using MyFitnessPal. With over 50 MILLION, yes, MILLION downloads it is by far Dr. Denniston’s favorite food tracking app.
Tracking, in general, makes you far more conscious of your wellness choices. Whether it’s food or hydration, knowing what and how often you are doing certain things makes a huge difference in your health and wellness strategy.
Habit Implementation (4:34)
First, creating positive and healthy habits will have such a huge, HUGE impact later on in your life. So, finding the right habit trackers or implementation apps can make a notable difference in your success rate. Dr. Heather Denniston suggests two apps, Habitica and HabitBull.
