Health and Fitness Consulting
Health Consulting
Are you stuck? Have you tried tactics before to get healthy and failed? You may be ready for individualized coaching with a holistic approach tailored to your vision. We will work with you on personal, nutritional and fitness outcomes that are measurable and obtainable. We start with a detailed profile including where you have been and where you are hoping to go with your health. Then we set up a focused, individualized nutrition and fitness plan with weekly accountability calls and emails. We make a three-month commitment to each other and at the end celebrate your achievements. We then decide to continue based on your new set of intentions, or take a breather so you can work on what you have been given. You drive the plan; we walk along side to help you realize it. Are you ready?
