I have wanted to write a book since I was tiny. That passion disappeared for a time with the business of running a clinic and living life, but it has resurfaced. Once I got into my writing groove with WELLFITandFED, the “passion to publish,” returned.
The THREE DAY RESET started as a simple PDF download to teach people about the art of whole food eating in a doable three days. But then it grew. I kept writing and writing: a chapter on bone broth, a chapter on what to do after the reset and journal pages. By the end of the writing flurry, I had gone from a 23 page PDF to a 70-page book.
I wanted to do a short post today to share the good news and invite you to be a part of the THREE DAY RESET community. There are two ways you can participate. This week your “First Steps” (other than buying the book of course) are to focus on whole food eating. Pick one meal a day and only eat whole food. That means nothing processed. Maybe it is some grilled chicken with vegetables, or some delicious salmon and a green salad. Perhaps you might try a vegetable that you never have! Let me know how it goes!

Oh my goodness, congratulations! I love the video. I wish more people were educated to eat this way. I am also a health and fitness coach and it’s amazing how many people don’t realize our food is destroying us.
It changes our whole perception of our world. Lesser, flatter experience and we can’t figure out why there is so much depression and anxiety around!
