Anchovy And Macadamia Nut Wrap-Ups. Appetizer? Perhaps…Or, Maybe Just PURE, Body-Loving Nutrition

The other night, I was in the kitchen preparing dinner. I was starving. My starving signal came too late, it was instant nausea. I opened the cupboard to grab a snack, and a little teeny, tiny dust ball tumbled across the shelf. I think I heard crickets. Ugh, no food.

Wait….a can of anchovies. (Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, an excellent source of protein, and high in minerals like: magnesium, potassium, and iron). Also, at the back of the cupboard sat a bag of macadamia nuts (Packed full of essential fatty acids, protein, antioxidants, selenium, B vitamins, and fiber).
