In just ten minutes a day you'll learn valuable techniques and a systematic approach to building a strong jumping foundation. After 10-days with me, you'll walk away with more motivation, energy, stamina and confidence.
EACH DAILY LESSON SHOULD TAKE NO MORE THAN TEN MINUTES AND THE WORKOUTS ARE NO MORE THAN 5-10 MINUTES LONG.
